Ken Knapp Promoted to Lieutenant

Ken Knapp has been promoted to Lieutenant effective August 1, 2022. Ken has served the district 10 years. Included in Ken’s certifications are Firefighter 2, Paramedic, Hazardous Material Technician, and EMS Instructor. Ken is currently finishing his Fire Officer 1 & 2 classes at Tri-C. Ken is acting District Medical, Health and wellness Officer as well as the Firefighter’s Association Treasurer. Ken is also active on the County’s Hazardous Materials Response Team.
